SHIPPING

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL OR FEDEX  AND USUALLY ARRIVE WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPPING  (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS). YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED. AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, YOU WILL RECEIVE ANOTHER NOTIFICATION WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED. 

WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION FROM US, INCLUDING A TRACKING NUMBER THAT YOU CAN USE TO CHECK ITS STATUS. PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR THE TRACKING INFORMATION TO BECOME AVAILABLE. DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND THE WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS THE COUNTRY, WE MAY BE FORCED TO HOLD ON TO SHIPPING UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE. WE DO NOT WANT ITEMS TO FREEZE DUE IN TRANSIT OR GET DELAYED DUE TO HEAVY HOLIDAY VOLUME (CHRISTMAS, MOTHER'S DAY, ETC.).  WE WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO SHIP YOUR ITEM PROMPTLY ON THE VERY NEXT SCHEDULED SHIPPING DAY.

IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL, PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@THEBOTANICALBARINDY.COM WITH YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER, AND WE WILL LOOK INTO IT FOR YOU.

ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE CONSIDER ADDING WINTER PACKAGING TO FURTHER PROTECT YOUR PLANTS WHILE THEY’RE ON THE ROAD. THIS SPECIALTY PACKAGING WILL HELP LIMIT THE POSSIBILITY OF WEATHER DAMAGE AND WILL ENSURE YOUR PURCHASE IF IT ARRIVES DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF CLIMATE IMPACT.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

THE BOTANICAL BAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR (EX. INCORRECT NAME, ADDRESS, OR PACKAGE REFUSAL), THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RE-SHIPMENT CHARGES.

IN-STORE PICKUP ITEMS MAY BE PURCHASED ONLINE, PACKAGED, AND HELD FOR IN-STORE PICKUP.
