ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL OR FEDEX AND USUALLY ARRIVE WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPPING (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS). YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED. AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, YOU WILL RECEIVE ANOTHER NOTIFICATION WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED. 

WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION FROM US, INCLUDING A TRACKING NUMBER THAT YOU CAN USE TO CHECK ITS STATUS. PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR THE TRACKING INFORMATION TO BECOME AVAILABLE. DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND THE WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS THE COUNTRY, WE MAY BE FORCED TO HOLD ON TO SHIPPING UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

THE BOTANICAL BAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR (EX. INCORRECT NAME, ADDRESS, OR PACKAGE REFUSAL), THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RE-SHIPMENT CHARGES.
