Shipping & Handling

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times 

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS and typically arrive within 2-3 business days after shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email and a shipping notification with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. 

Weather and Shipping Delays 

We may temporarily delay shipping during extreme weather conditions to ensure your plants arrive in excellent condition. This helps protect your plants from potential damage caused by severe temperatures. 

Haven't Received Your Order? 

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us at info@thebotanicalbarindy.com with your name and order number. We'll be happy to assist. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

The Botanical Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is returned to us due to customer error (e.g., incorrect name, address, or package refusal), the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment fees. 

Can I pick up my order? 

We offer a convenient in-store pickup option for local customers! Here's how it works: 

  • Place your order online and select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. 
  • You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. 
  • Visit our downtown Indianapolis location to collect your order at your convenience. 

Pickup orders are packaged with the same care as shipped items to ensure they're ready when you arrive.
