IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If an item does not work for you, we gladly accept returns on in-store items within 30 days of the original purchase date. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. All items must be returned in their original condition. The Botanical Bar reserves the right to deny any return at our discretion. 

All plants, sale items, food products, and personal care apothecaries are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.


ONLINE RETURNS

Any items purchased online are eligible for return if received by the Botanical Bar within 30 days of the original delivery date. All plants, sale items, and personal care apothecaries are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit if it's passed the 30 days of purchased. The customer is responsible for return postage. The botanical bar reserves the right to deny any return at our discretion, including mailed returns that arrive damaged. 


To return orders by mail, please email info@thebotanicalbarindy.com. A member of our team will contact you with approval and instructions before shipping.


Please notify us if items were damaged in transit within three days of arrival. At our discretion, we will send a refund or a replacement. Please include a photo of the damages.
