IF FOR ANY REASON AN ITEM DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU WE GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. THE BOTANICAL BAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY RETURN AT OUR DISCRETION. 


ALL PLANTS, SALE ITEMS, FOOD PRODUCTS, AND PERSONAL CARE APOTHECARY ARE FINAL SALES AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE. THE BOTANICAL BAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY RETURN AT OUR DISCRETION, INCLUDING MAILED RETURNS THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED.
