Calathea White Star
The Calathea Majestica White Star may be one of the most beautiful houseplants. It was first discovered in 1822 by a German botanist.
One of the larger Calathea varieties, its striking pattern and subtle blush pinky hues make it a great statement plant. They are not known to be beginner-friendly plants, but they are a stunning addition to your home or office and well worth the effort with the proper care.
Light: bright, indirect light. They will tolerate some shade, which will cause the leaves' variegation to fade.
Water: It's best to water when the top 1″ of soil feels dry. This is most likely every 1-2 weeks, depending on your light conditions. The brighter the light, the more often you will have to water.
